Cancellation & refund policy
We hope that everyone who registers for the convention will be able to attend. However, we know extenuating circumstances do occur.
Conference registration canceled on-line/via email on or before Sept. 30, 2022, is refundable, but it is subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling on or after Sept. 30, 2022, will not receive a refund. The registration can be transferred to another person from the same school or organization.
The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Exceptions would include a family or medical emergency that would prevent the registrant from attending the in-person event. These will be considered on a case-by-case situation, and the ACP/CMA convention staff must be notified as soon as possible.
