New to the convention is the Career Panel and Expo. Students will hear from pros offering tips and advice for preparing for a first job in journalism, and have a chance to ask specific questions of the panel about what those pros look for when hiring newcomers.
Then students can speak one-on-one with representatives from news organizations large and small who may soon be in the market for new talent.
